Dan Bengtsson

Dan is a practicing attorney and has been working in general business law since 2014, with a particular focus on bankruptcy administration, corporate reorganizations, and liquidations. He regularly serves as a bankruptcy trustee and liquidator, as well as a legal representative in various types of commercial matters. He has extensive experience with large and complex assignments across a variety of industries, including construction, real estate, transportation/logistics, restaurants, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and startups.

Dan regularly assists clients with advice on insolvency-related and commercial legal matters and represents clients in disputes. He also acts as counsel in litigation before the courts and has experience handling cases ranging from straightforward to highly complex matters.
